We had a great experience there, but there are other options like Desert Nights Camp for simpler accommodation or the famous Wadi Rum Bubble Luxotel for a luxurious and photogenic experience.
Know What’s Included
Before booking a camp, make sure to clarify what features and services are included. Some camps offer both dinner and breakfast, while others only provide breakfast. The level of comfort and amenities can also vary, so it’s important to choose a camp that matches your preferences.
Get a Jordanian SIM Card
Having a Jordanian SIM card will make your life much easier when communicating with your camp and arranging tours. You can easily purchase a SIM card at the airport upon arrival, and it will allow you to stay connected and confirm tour prices before heading into the desert.
Expect Limited Signal
While some parts of Wadi Rum receive cell signal, not all areas will have consistent coverage. Don’t rely solely on your phone for communication during your stay in the desert.
