Whether rain or shine, late or early, we regret to inform you that no refunds or discounts can be granted due to inclement weather, late arrivals, or early departures. Rest assured, units will be allocated upon your arrival to guarantee hassle-free accommodation.
Dogs: Furry Friends Welcome
At Camping Montmorency, we believe in the importance of embracing all members of the family, including our furry friends. However, to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, please keep dogs on leashes and under supervision. Guide dogs are more than welcome to accompany you free of charge. Please note that specific breeds/crossbreeds and certain mastiffs are not permitted on the premises. Don’t forget to have your dog tattooed or microchipped for identification purposes.
General: Etiquette Matters
To maintain a harmonious environment, we kindly request that you refrain from using discount cards and gift vouchers for bookings made via Pitchup.com. Should you have any complaints during your stay, please promptly contact our reception. We value your feedback and wish to address any concerns immediately.
Hired Accommodation: A Home Away From Home
For those seeking a hassle-free camping experience, our hired accommodations are the perfect fit. A deposit of €450.00 ($475.89) is required upon arrival to cover potential damages, cleanliness, and bracelet replacement. Rest assured, this deposit will be fully refunded upon inspection of your unit, provided no damages or losses are found. We kindly ask that you leave your unit clean and tidy to avoid a cleaning fee of €50.00 ($59.36) upon departure.
Reception: Your Gateway to Adventure
To ensure your arrival is met with a warm welcome, our reception operates from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. during specific periods. Please note that reception is closed between 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. Our dedicated team is here to assist you, so please inform us if you expect to arrive after 7 p.m.
Safety: Prioritizing Your Well-being
At Camping Montmorency, your safety is our top priority. Fire up the barbecue, but remember to raise it off the ground and have an adult attend to it at all times. As a safety precaution, firearms are not allowed within the premises.
Vehicles: Peace and Serenity for All
To maintain a peaceful ambiance, we kindly request no vehicle movement between 10:30 p.m. and 6 a.m. We appreciate your cooperation in parking only one car at your allocated site, while any extra vehicles should be parked in the designated area.
Visitors: A Retreat Reserved for You
In order to preserve the peaceful atmosphere and respect the privacy of our guests, visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
